Order
We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. Customer lists are not sold to third parties. To ensure validity of the order and reduce fraud the users IP address is also captured at time of checkout, it is strictly used for order verification purposes.

Vitamin Health does not Store Your Credit Card Information
When Vitamin Health processes a customer payment, they use a token stored in their system, but only the original tokenization system can swap the token with the corresponding PAN (Primary Account Number), and send it to the payment processor for authorization. Therefore, Vitamin Health’s systems never record, transmit, or store the PAN, only the token.

What is tokenization?
Tokenization is the process of replacing a sensitive data point with a non-sensitive data point equivalent that can be used in a business environment while reducing risk and compliance obligations. The most prevalent example of tokenization in use today is in the Payment Card Industry where organizations are replacing sensitive Primary Account Numbers (PANs) with tokenized values.

How does Vitamin Health’s Tokenization work?
In collaboration with a third party company, cloud tokenization removes any original sensitive payment data from Vitamin Health’s business systems, replacing each number with an undecipherable token, and stores the original data in a secure cloud data vault, separate from Vitamin Health’s business systems.

How is the Customer Protected?
If Vitamin Health is ever breached there is no sensitive customer data to steal – no credit card information – nothing. Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
