I began taking Viteyes Omega-3 in 2015, because I am really into the health of my eyes, and in general, overall health. When I googled Omega 3’s, the list of benefits was endless. One site said “61 benefits of Omega 3’s”. And so forth. I want to have less problems than other people do, as I age. Omega 3 seems to be a wonder supplement that prevents many problems and fixes others. I do Jack La Lanne eye and facial exercises, to enhance my vision. Taking the Omega 3 supplement that can help also is a no brainer.

I’m not a big fish eater so I like the idea of these. I’ve taken other omega-3 and suffered from the taste returning throughout the day but I don’t with these because they are coated. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 is because they are so big. I guess I’d rather have that though than having to take them 2 or 3 times a day.
